The project spans the whole office covering the open workspace, event space, board room and meeting rooms. For flexible set-up of high-impact events, the event space is equipped with a networkable loudspeaker processing platform, premier-grade audio system and customised DJ Table to deliver impeccable sound. High-brightness laser projectors are ready on lifts ceiling-mounted, supplemented by numerous LCD displays on walls. Cisco video communication system with auto-tracking cameras are readily available on mobile carts for collaboration anywhere.

In board room and meeting rooms, automatic beamforming ceiling microphone arrays are in place which automatically track the participants across the space and allow complete mobility in a collaborative meeting. For remote life-like collaborations, Cisco video conferencing system with speakertrack cameras are equipped. A portable smart-marker system is well seated in every room which turns a conventional whiteboard into a digital collaborative panel with written content to be saved and shared real-time.

Besides, tailored central room control system and room scheduling system are in place for smart control and optimised utilisation of workspace resource.
