Dr. Tony Cheung
DBA, FHKICPA, MScPM, FCCA, MHKSI, CTS
Dr. Tony Cheung is the founder of UAT overseeing the corporate governance, strategic management, operational control, resource allocation, finance, and risk management. Prior to founding UAT, Tony held leadership roles in Control Division Accountant, Regional Financial Controller, and Financial Director of Associated Merchandising Corporation, one of the largest multinational buying offices in the United States.
Graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1984, Tony continuously achieves professional development and obtained his doctor degree in business administration (DBA), master degree in project management (MScPM) and Certified Technology Specialist (CTS). He is a Fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and member of Hong Kong Securities Institute. Tony is the President (2020/21) and a founding member of Rotary Club of Star Avenue. He is also a founding member of SME Sustainability Society and the founding Chairman of UAT Association (a charitable organisation registered under s.88 of Hong Kong Inland Revenue Ordinance).
Mr. Pui Kai Yu
Mr. Pui Kai Yu is the Head of Business & Project and leads the business development, partner alignment, research and development, and project management. In 1989, he graduated from his bachelor degree in Computer and Control System in Coventry University in England.
During 1991 to 1995, Mr. Yu started his business in information technology with global presence. Since the establishment of UAT in 1997, he merged his business and brought his vision and experience in technology and project management to UAT.
