Being an international financial institution covering the world’s major capital markets, our client is looking for a system integrator who can design a solution to provide cutting edge collaboration experience, real-time data-informed environment, highly efficient collaborative space, sustainable and technology-equipped resource management all in place. The project covers the Board Room, various Meeting Rooms and the Combined Room, and open Office Space.

UAT is appointed as the one who designs and provides corporate-wide audio-visual system, video collaboration system, resource scheduling system, central control system and green system. All systems are designed to work together seamlessly and centrally controlled through intuitive user interface on tablets.

Being the hub of executive decisions, the Board Room is equipped with best-of-class collaboration technology including an impactful and sturdy 136” LED Wall, Polycom RealPresence Group 500 video collaboration system, Polycom EagleEye Producer & Camera, and installed audio solutions of Polycom Soundstructure. To be energy-efficient, the venue is installed with occupancy sensors for Eco energy management.

In the 3-1 combined room for company events and large meeting purpose, the rooms are equipped with audio-visual systems which can be used as separate or combined system. A video-conferencing-enabled collaboration hub on mobile cart is deployed to make collaboration anywhere feasible in the office. In open office space, various LCD displays are hanged ceiling-high for real-time updates on financial news to keep everyone timely informed.
