Theme of the project is to create a best-in-class multi-purpose room fulfilling purposes of dashboard panel for data visualisation and analytics, executive meetings with collaboration capability, and video impress for events. Spatial arrangement of the room is set to be flexible and mobile, so does the equipment set-up.

UAT works closely with the client to propose a tailored premier-grade LCD video wall solution to showcase in different scenarios, and streamline the operation of video and collaboration functions to get it simple to use and manage.

With a 2x6 and a 2x4 video walls, the client can real-time visualize the cargo handling data analytics and CCTV videos of its over twenty warehouse facilities located in different countries, which helps improve the operation productivity and efficiency. For meetings and presentations, the client can select which panels to showcase by simply clicking on the control panel, backed by an integrated control solution. In events, the video wall can support 2x10 whole display to create wow.

To facilitate every meeting requirement, the room is equipped with video conferencing system, a Polycom Trio for audio collaboration with impeccable sound, a 80” interactive LCD panel to enhance interactions and brain-storming in discussions, wired and wireless presentation support, and a camera mounted on mobile stand delivering different shooting angle if needed. To reinforce local sound and remain sleek on tables, ceiling microphones are installed. To ensure all sounds are delivered as truly immersive, Polycom SoundStructure is deployed.
