UAT sponsors the ACCA Community Day 2019

(1 February 2018, Hong Kong) Stepping into the 12th year, UAT continuously delivers the care for vulnerable community through sponsoring the ACCA Community Day 2019. With the theme of “Embracing a Colourful Future with Hope” which fosters the message of bringing love and care to our society, a total of HK$1.2 million was raised this year with donations going to Habitat for HK Society for the Blind, Operation Dawn, and Senior Citizen Home Safety Association.

The event was commenced with the Opening Speech delivered by the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung. It was then highlighted with the Rickshaw Teams Costume Parade and the exciting Rickshaw Race Competition amongst participating companies and firms, through which not only illustrated the rich heritage of Hong Kong, but also fostered the cohesion amongst business community for charitable cause.
