Employee is the most important asset of UAT. We allocate remarkable resources for a friendly and safe workplace. Apart from formulating training plan and encouraging employees to attend different kinds of training for personal career development, UAT also organizes regular activities for employees and their family members in maintaining work-life balance and family friendly while developing award schemes to reward employees with good performance and attitude.

Throughout the years, UAT has been dedicated to community engagement by actively participating in voluntary services with incentives and facilitation to encourage corporate volunteerism. We are glad to support NGOs through co-organizing community partnership projects and providing both charitable donations and volunteers.
