Disposing of Office Equipment Responsibly helps Protect our Environment
(6 May 2013, Hong Kong) Environmental protection requires new levels of collaboration and innovation. UAT insists on creating a sustainable future with stakeholders. This summer, UAT launches the campaign in office machines recycling to reduce waste disposal and sustain our environment.
UAT cares for our environment. To encourage employees in maintaining green initiatives at office and site areas, UAT adopts strategies in paper saving, energy consumption, and waste management. For instance, employees are encouraged to minimize waste by using sustainable packaging, adopting green procurement and products. UAT also institutes ISO14001 Environmental Management System trainings, campaigns, and activities to convey the message of environmental protection to stakeholders.

In the collection of old telephones and donation to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Recycling Center, customers, partners, and UAT can join together to create a better environment for Hong Kong.
