UAT is committed to building a Happy Workplace

UAT promotes a caring culture and builds a happy workplace for employees to enhance morale. The Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and the Hong Kong Productivity Council jointly organized the Happiness-at-work Index Scheme. UAT has been awarded the Happy Company logo for four consecutive years.

339 companies and 19 organizations were awarded at the Label Presentation Ceremony at HKPC Building on Tuesday, 25 April 2017. Mr. Gregory So, Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development of the HKSAR Government, officiated the ceremony, accompanied by Dr. Edward Chan, President, Dr. Dennis Ng, Prof. Roy Chung, Mr. Irons Sze and Mr. Johnny Yeung, Co-Chairmen of the Foundation, as well as Mrs. Agnes Mak, Executive Director of HKPC. Dr. Ko Wing-Man, Secretary for Food and Health, also attended the ceremony to support the Scheme.

UAT aims to build a happy working environment, which means more than keeping the employees happy, physically, and mentally. We also adopt fairness, good corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility to strengthen their abilities to overcome adversity and enhance competitiveness.
