Kick-started the Programme was the Spring Dinner at King Wah Chinese Restaurant, Prince Edward on Friday, 27 February 2015, celebrating the Year of the Sheep with our employees, families, and friends together. Enjoying the delicious, fresh seafood from Lei Yue Mun, we were glad to have the presence of the God of Wealth in sharing the joy and delivering red pockets to us. Work-life balance and family friendly help employees to attain a higher level of achievement and enjoyment, both on and off the job.

Since the accreditation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, 14001 Environmental Management System, and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety, we consult ISO awareness training annually to provide quality services for customers and to share our core values – Quality, Simplicity and Value with employees. At all times, we maximize and develop their skills, provide opportunities for personal development, and achieve high rates of on-job satisfaction.

UAT believes continuous trainings enhance career development and job satisfaction. Regular product trainings with business partners including Polycom, Sharp, AMX, and Dynalite and sales and technical meetings are organized for employees to keep abreast of the technical know-how to meet customer needs. We encourage industry certifications and personal continuous learning by providing education subsidy. Learning resources are kept in our online library for studying, sharing, and intelligence.

UAT employee is our most important asset. We strive to create the most inclusive, open, and participatory working environment for them to realize and maximize their potential. The Programme aspires to enhance our productivity, service quality, and performance in a wide variety of initiatives to reinforce their awareness on performance pledges, meanwhile, to facilitate team building among team members.
