The conference room and combined multi-purpose room are fitted with state-of-the-art 163-inch COB LED walls, delivering natural and high-fidelity visuals. These are supported by a seamless and secure video collaboration ecosystem, which includes strategically positioned 4K PTZ cameras, wireless conferencing audio systems with table-top gooseneck and mobile handheld microphones, video conferencing and wireless content sharing systems, interactive smart boards, centralised control systems, and room booking solutions.

In addition, the project scope encompasses the full deployment of the Hikvision access control system, featuring face recognition, fingerprint, and card-based terminals. This ensures precise and role-based access control that is flexible, future-ready, and secure.
