Project scope covers 4 meeting rooms, seating capacity ranging from 10 persons to 28 persons. To facilitate interactive video collaboration on cloud-based video system, meeting rooms are equipped with smart display panels with all-in-one video bar solutions.

For the conference room, PTZ smart-framing conference camera with ceiling mic & speakers are deployed for immersive video experience, supplementary large-format projection display delivers display flexibility for various meeting set-up. Conference tables are installed with cable management systems for simple and sleek connections. Smart room control system is programmed for each room to unify different devices for control on a tablet.
