UAT’s Helpdesk and Field Service Engineers work together to promptly support our clients with in-depth technical knowhow, experienced trouble-shooting and fixing expertise over the phone, online and on-site.

UAT values both preventive and reactive maintenance services. For preventive maintenance service, UAT engineers visit customer’s site regularly for preventive checking of equipment and come up with inspection report for system enhancement advice. For reactive maintenance service, UAT engineers provide trouble-shooting, problem fixing, loan equipment, etc, to ensure customers’ system operate smoothly and reliably.
