The project spans various meeting rooms of different configurations across two floors. To level-up ease, degree of content and idea exchange both for local and remote collaborations, interactive display hubs are deployed. Poly Trio 8800 are incorporated as native conference phones to start the cloud-based video platform straight from the touch panel. To deliver professional sound rooms-wide which can be programmed as individual room and combined room system, installed audio system is decently designed and deployed across the entire meeting space. To enjoy global scalability, cloud-based room booking system is integrated to facilitate smart booking and management of office resources even when on the go.
