To build an offshore investment bank in Hong Kong, the client appointed UAT to deliver building-wide collaboration and professional audio-visual system across the whole eight floors of meeting rooms, boardrooms and auditoriums.

Since planning stage, UAT is working closely with the customer to deliver cutting-edge total workspace technology fostering impactful audio-visual, boardroom-performance collaboration, video information enriched environment, connected resource scheduling, and intuitive central control system.

On the top floor, the multi-function hall is built with a 6m*3m LED wall displaying vivid & detailed video for events and conferences, with meticulously designed audio system for room-filling and immersive sound. As the room can be reconfigured to a 30pax boardroom, complementary projection display is installed for flexible viewing directions, Poly EagleEye IV camera for broadcast quality video capturing and Poly RealPresence Group series video collaboration system are in place. A control room behind the LED wall is equipped with live monitoring equipment for event administrations.

Numerous conference rooms and meeting rooms spread over the eight floors, which are all tech-enriched with Poly RealPresence Group series video collaboration system, interactive display panels, installed audio system, with centralised control system.

Not to mention, the whole office buildings are sparkled with digital signages hung in the workspace to keep live connected with news and market data.
