UAT builds Social Capital and a Caring Hong Kong

(6 February 2017, Hong Kong) On Friday, 6 January 2017, UAT has been named one of the winners of Social Capital Builder (SCB) in the SCB Awards Presentation Ceremony 2016 at Hong Kong Central Government Offices, building social capital and making Hong Kong a caring and inclusive society.

The SCB Awards is presented by the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF) of the Labour and Welfare Bureau, which accords recognition to individuals, enterprises/organizations which have contributed to the development of social capital in Hong Kong, and to commend outstanding CIIF-funded projects.

This year, UAT is glad to be praised by the SCB Awards for its efforts towards leveraging on strengths of individuals, corporations, and the community to promote cross-sectoral partnership and sustainable supportive network. To nurture our next generation, UAT has launched the "Ultra Active Youth Cultivation Program from 2014 to 2016. Through the support for NGOs, schools, and the youth, they can accelerate their holistic development, career guidance, and corporate social responsibility notion.

To implement corporate social responsibility and social capital, UAT helps building a caring society of trust and solidarity and enhancing mutual support among individuals, families, and organizations so that our community can grow from strength to strength.
