Small Green Actions, Meaningful Rewards: Environmental Time Bank Launched

Making a difference for the environment can start with small everyday actions. In August 2026, UAT introduced its new "Environmental Time Bank" (環保時間銀行), bringing a fresh and rewarding approach to employee participation in environmental protection.

Through designated green activities, colleagues can earn "Environmental Time" and accumulate credits towards incentives such as additional leave or air ticket rewards, in accordance with the programme rules.

By turning environmental actions into tangible rewards, the initiative encourages everyone to participate and make sustainability part of daily life. It also reflects UAT's belief that positive environmental change starts with people taking action together.
