Promoting a Smoke-Free Workplace and Healthy Living

Creating a healthy and smoke-free workplace has always been one of UAT's priorities. In July 2026, UAT organized a series of smoke-free awareness activities to encourage healthier lifestyles and support Hong Kong's new smoking regulations, including the comprehensive smoking ban on construction sites effective from 17 July 2026.

Building on its long-standing support for smoke-free campaigns, UAT continues to raise awareness among employees about the importance of staying away from tobacco products. The initiative also reinforces our commitment to workplace safety, especially for colleagues working at project sites.

A smoke-free environment is not only about complying with regulations: it is about caring for the health and safety of everyone.
