UAT on Good Employer Charter 2024

UAT treasures our human capital as one of the most important assets and dedicates to build a supporting and family-friendly working environment for UATers. In 2024, UAT gets accredited the logo of " Good Employer Charter", featured together with the "Supportive Family-friendly Good Employer" logo by the Labour Department. The logos demonstrates the recognition for UAT's outstanding performance in human resources management practices, especially in the areas of employees' care, work-family / work-life balance promotion, employees benefits program and good internal communications.
