UAT is dedicated to social integration in the community. Since 2011, we have launched the UAT Rehabilitation Program to help the handicapped and their families. We target to develop their self-reliance and re-engaging in the community.

Throughout the years, we have established sustainable relationship with the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation and the Hong Kong PHAB Association in supporting social and recreational activities by volunteering and fundraising. Together, our steps spread in various leisure and cultural spots including Ocean Park, Disneyland, Wun Chuen Sin Kwoon, Chi Lin Nunnery, Tai O Village, Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, Flower Show, and Stanley.

We feel sorry to learn that some of the handicapped lose locomotion abilities and jobs and we are improving our outreach activities to help them to:

Contact with the natural and meet friends during the activities,

Being understood and recognized by the others,

Strengthen self-value and family relationship,

Build up an optimistic attitude

UAT believes that every little helps a mickle and the fund we raised can help the people in need. Every year, we encourage employees to support fundraising activities including flag days, on-street selling, donation, and lottery. In every outreach activity, we arrange easy access transport and meals for them.

We advocate an inclusive society. By having all employees' participation, UAT aims to become a company in which we respect each other.
