The Common Area is equipped with an eye-catching video wall, complemented with SONY PTZ tracking camera seated on ceiling lift and distributed audio system, the space can be transformed instantly to a digital event hall. To facilitate team collaboration anywhere, meeting spaces are equipped with POLY Studio X70 all-in-one video bars for hybrid meetings to be launched swiftly on native web-based or secured standards-based platforms which deliver exceptional video and audio performance with everyone in the meeting perfectly seen and heard. In the conference room, POLY EagleEye Director II camera with automatic people-tracking and group-framing feature is deployed for executive meetings. To keep the usage and control of all audio-visual and collaboration devices simple and intuitive, Crestron central control system is deployed. Furthermore, a room scheduling system is tailor-designed to boost the booking and usage efficiency of meeting room resources.
