To fulfil research collaboration needs, Poly Group 500 video collaboration system is deployed for top-notch video and audio experience which supports both SIP & H.323 protocol and web-based video services. The conference room is equipped with large format interactive LCD panel & BARCO 4K projection display on either ends, every participant in the room is well covered by the 2 sets of connected Poly EagleEye Director II with automatic speaker tracking and room framing functions. Ceiling array microphones are deployed to cover the whole meeting space with ease and ideal for camera tracking requirements, with encryption enabled for confidentiality. An intuitive central control system is programmed for easy controlling of all equipment on a tablet.
