Corporate Governance

UAT is committed to the highest level of corporate governance in the interest of our business partners and customers. To facilitate our management to operate and oversee the business in a transparent and accountable manner, our employees need to document business transactions tidily and timely for external statutory audit and internal examination. Also, we encourage them to involve in decision making process which intrinsically improves transparency.

Code of Conduct and Ethics

UAT employees adhere to professional code of conduct and ethics to pursue the highest standard of professionalism and integrity.

UAT maintains employees' professional video conferencing and audio visual knowledge and skills by keeping them updated with the latest development in industry practices, procedures, and standards in areas of technology, laws and regulations, public health, and safety and environmental protection.

We respect information confidentiality. Unless we have the legal rights to disclose the information, we do not disclose any confidential information to third parties without authority nor consent. To ensure secure communication, our video conferencing equipment is adopted Advanced Encryption Standard, which is also used by the U.S. Government. UAT ethical standard is witnessed that we were invited to provide video conferencing equipment and live presentation support to court hearings.

Human Rights and Social Policy

UAT seeks to identify, assess, and manage human rights impacts within our capabilities and activities. We have our human rights and social policy to:

  • Respect the human rights of our employees at work
  • Establish and maintain appropriate procedures to evaluate and select major suppliers and contractors

Anti-Corruption Policy

UAT strives for success but not at the expense of integrity and compliance. It is our declared objective to work against illegal payments, undue gifts, and entertainment in all its forms and strictly forbid bribery and corruption, in line with the founded guidelines of the Independent Commission against Corruption. We maintain the routine training to our employees to acknowledge this policy.

Supply Chain Code of Conduct

At UAT, our core values are passion, integrity, and teamwork. We develop long term partnership and expect all of our business partners would operate on the same principle in the supply chain code of conduct:

  • Recognize that environmental responsibility is integral to producing world class products. They minimize adverse effects on the environment and natural resources while safeguarding the health and safety of the public in accordance with ISO 14001

Customer Satisfaction Policy

UAT Customer Satisfaction Improvement Cycle demonstrates how we maintain and improve customer satisfaction continually. We conduct customer satisfaction survey to monitor customer satisfaction and provide training program to our customer service team for carrying out different business activities such as customer listening, provision of prompt resolution, investigation of root cause, and prevention of problem recurrence.
