Boardroom
Display System
An LCD video plus data projector capable of over 7,700 ANSI lumens is mounted within a lift assembly. The LCD projector displays a standard NTSC video signal and true UXGA computer 1600 x 1200 resolution sources. There is an electric tab-tension front projection screen 133” diagonal (65” high by 116” wide and HD format). A computer/video quad image splitter allows for up to two different high-resolution images (computer, video conference signal, laptop) and up to three different video images to be displayed on the front projection screen. The total number of images capable of being displayed on the front screen (computer or video) would be three.
Video Conferencing System
There is a video conferencing system with multi-conferencing function and people and content function. It supports both ISDN and IP based calls. Meanwhile, a front camera within a lift assembly which would raise the camera up in front of the front projection screen and out of the credenza at the front of the room. The front camera would provide an image of people at the conference room table. A second camera surface was mounted to the wall at the rear of the room to provide an image of a presenter at the front of the room at the front projection screen. There is a DVD / VCR combo unit and owner furnished cable TV box located within cabinetry at the front of the room.
Video System
The front projection system would display VHS tapes, DVD discs, owner furnished cable TV feed, videoconference feed and a computer (RGB/HV) sources. Floor cores are located underneath the table for computer, video, audio, control, power and network connections. There are three-table boxes for the computer, video, control and audio inputs at the table. The two end table boxes would be tilt ups and the center table box would be a pop up that would serve both sides of the table.
Program Audio and Audio Conferencing Systems
There are a soundtrack, audio conferencing and program sources including videotape, DVD discs, owner furnished cable TV signal and computer-based audio sources from ceiling-recessed loudspeakers. A highly intelligible, feedback elimination and natural sounding speech reproduction is provided. There are also tabletop microphones for conference room attendees.
Remote Control System
There is an integrated programmable audiovisual remote control system for simple, automatic operation of the presentation equipment. Also, a central presentation color, wired LCD control panel would be used to adjust system volume and audiovisual functions. The system would provide control of room lighting levels, exterior blackout drapes, front projection screen, projector, projector lift, switching, audio system, video conferencing system, powering up and down of entire system and DVD / VCR combo unit machine transport controls. The E-Control feature is used to remote control the audiovisual system from a web page similar to the remote control panel on the network.
Support Equipment
There is a freestanding equipment rack within the area adjacent to the boardroom to house all of the new audiovisual components. The rack equipment is housed with the videoconference unit, matrix switcher, power amplifier, control equipment and related electronics. The DVD / VCR combo unit is located within the conference room cabinet on shelves. |
