To meet the collaboration needs for board meetings, team meetings, ad-hoc discussions, and training classes, UAT deployed a range of solutions to fulfil the different group spaces’ needs.

The project covers a board room, numerous meeting rooms, some training rooms and the social hub area.

In the board room, a 98” LCD Display captures everyone’s attention. Polycom RealPresence Group 500 is chosen to achieve enterprise-grade voice, video and collaboration performance. The Polycom EagleEye camera advances facial recognition technology to automatically frame the speaker in the room with live video of TV production quality. With Polycom signature Noise Block and Acoustic Fence technology, audio quality is crystal clear. Wireless and easy content sharing is delivered by applying Polycom Pano. An room control panel is wall-stationed at the entrance which features a tailored and user-friendly interface.
