Building Cohesive Employee Relations for a Dynamic Working Environment
Employee is the most important asset. UAT recognizes employee effort to our corporate success. We strive to promote happiness at work and establish friendships with employees and former employees.

UAT arranges gatherings to put employees and friends together. Recently, we held a dinner gathering to farewell Big Sam, former Senior Technician nicknamed 'King of Rack-Fabrication', who has just emigrated overseas for family restaurant business. He possesses exquisite skills in working on AV projects from cabling, installation, termination, and rack assembly. He is holding a record of completing 12 high-standard racks in a day! During Big Sam's tenure, he has furthered his on-job advancement and completed the Construction Safety Supervisor course of Construction Industry Council where he realizes his potential. Continually training our employees helps us in attaining obvious project results and customer satisfaction.

Ms Vanessa Choi, former Marketing Manager, visited UAT during her Hong Kong trip. She said,

'I keep abreast of UAT website and news despite living in Australia. UAT's norm, standard, and quality are continually well maintained. I cherish our friendship and I look forward to visiting UAT in the future.'

Vanessa's construction of a solid marketing base helps building the roadmap in corporate recognition and market development. The number of projects is consistently growing year by year.
